When the cops arrived, Kara said Lichaa physically assaulted her. He was then taken to hospital under police protection to be treated for his arm injury.
He was later charged with domestic violence. More than a year after the event, he was finally cleared of all charges, according to the NY Post.

He was in shock and still feeling the effects of alcohol at home, having been drinking all afternoon and into the early hours of the morning, and he cried out in astonishment.
He stormed inside, smashing the glass in his front door and seriously injuring his arm. He was then rushed to hospital and even required minor surgery.
He was finally exonerated after more than a year of charges. In the afternoon, he testified and explained his version of events. His ex-partner refused to provide evidence against him.
Adam Elliott’s relationship with Kara Childerhouse
Adam Elliott said he regrets being involved with Kara Childerhouse. They were allegedly discovered having sex in a Sydney home one morning.
The athlete lost his temper and hurt himself when he saw his fiancé having sex with his best friend. Elliottt wrote him a series of messages of regret the next day after finding out he needed surgery for his injuries.
He apologized for dropping their connection before admitting he had “very deep difficulties” drinking in the text. He went on to describe his actions as the biggest mistake of his life, according to the Daily Mail.
While Lichaa may have taken a while to figure it all out, he finally made amends with Elliott. Additionally, Childerhouse had no interaction with Elliottt. After the incident, he started dating Millie Boyle and found new love.
