With the recent development of HBO Max cutting and removing Warner Bros. from its online streaming platform, Jenna Coleman’s Netflix spin-off as Hellblazer is lit by creator Neil Gaiman takes the hit by completely eradicating its rival adversary for views and subscriptions. The Sandman against Constantine
The sand man achieved unprecedented success with much love and adoration from fans. The story of a dream god trapped by a mad scientist for decades as chaos erupts in the world is something quite unique and imaginative.

Whereas Constantine sees Keanu Reeves as a demon hunter who has literally been to hell and back. John Constantine, the protagonist, knows he would need to redeem himself to get heaven and so joins the police to help them.
Although both stories seem interesting, The sand man came out recently while Constantine was released in 2005, followed by a television series in 2014 in hopes of reviving the fandom. Now, with HBO Max mopping up the shelves of the WB, it’s now all about numbers and life-or-death subscriptions.

For those who don’t know, Constantine is getting a reboot of the series on HBO Max while the creator of The sand manNeil Gaiman has accepted fan requests for a Jenna Coleman spin-off as Hellblazer.

It was earlier reported that fans wanted a spin-off starring Jenna Coleman as Johanna Constantine when they were enthralled by her performance in The sand man. And while accepting fan requests, it looks like Netflix is doing everything it can to woo them.
As for Constantine, the only news is that the reboot is underway and will not be affected by HBO’s removal of Warner Bros. movies and series.
