Golgin was born in Utica, New York to a loving family in the United States. The late Golgin Schumacher was born July 11, 1967 in Peru to Kenneth and Kethi Schumacher. Goldin graduated from LaSalle-Peru High School in 1985.
At the age of 28, she married Terry Lee Golgin, started a new family and later joined a nearby church. On October 20, 1995, the couple exchanged vows in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Terry’s daughters are Tiara Golgin, Tanya Golgin and Cassie Radtke-Witek. Tiara, their child, married Luke Radtke in LaSalle, Florida. Later, Cassie married Luke Witek, originally from LaSalle. Emma Radtke is the name of her granddaughter, whom she even had.
While her father resides in Spring Valley, Illinois, Kathi (Dean) Gerard lives in LaSalle, Illinois. His older sister, Angela Holloway, resides in LaSalle, while Mark (Deana) Gerard, his brother, lives in Saucier, Mississippi.
