There were two deaths: Michael Shinners, 60, of Alpharetta, and Wesley Freeman, 41, of Atlanta.
The hospital is providing medical treatment for the third gunshot victim.
The shooter was taken into custody at Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport by Atlanta police.

The names of those killed in the event have been released by the Atlanta Police Department. According to Channel 2’s Larry Spruill and the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office, the names of the victims have been established. Wesley Freeman, 41, of Atlanta, and Michael Shinners, 60, of Alpharetta are the victims. Both men were found to have died of their injuries. The woman accused of shooting Shinners, Freeman and a third victim who is being treated at a local hospital was taken into custody by the APD shortly after 4 p.m.
In response to a report of shootings in the area, police were called to the condos at 1280 West Peachtree Street around 1:45 p.m. Spruill rushed to the structure after learning that police had discovered two gunshot victims there. Shinners and Freeman have now been named as those people.
Freeman was rushed to hospital but died when his injuries failed to recover. Police were then called to 1100 Peachtree Street, where they located another victim who had been shot. Police later confirmed information provided by Spruill’s neighbors who live in the building that the shooter was a woman. A significant area of Midtown was taken under lockdown as police searched for the shooter. They ordered residents of the neighborhood to stay indoors and not to come out of the street.
Channel 2 employee Candace McCowan went to Colony Square. After a witness informed her that they had seen the suspect walking through this area, she observed police and SWAT officers searching buildings and stores for the shooter. Police told McCowan they cleared Colony Square around 4:15 p.m. They quickly confirmed the shooter had been apprehended by police.
A Channel 2 Action News viewer has shared a photo on social media which is believed to be of the shooting suspect apprehended at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. According to the police, they are still investigating the causes of the event.
In a statement released Monday, the Anchorage Police Department (APD) expressed gratitude for the assistance its public safety partners have provided in handling this crisis.
They thanked the Atlanta Fire Department, Grady EMS, Georgia State University Police Department, Georgia Tech Police Department, Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Fulton County Marshals and the MARTA Police Department. They also thanked the ATF. Freeman was rushed to hospital, but he did not survive his injuries and died there. He succumbed to his injuries some time later. Authorities were later notified and responded to the location at 1100 Peachtree Street, where they discovered another victim who had been shot. Spruill was told by neighbors who also resided in the building that the shooter was a woman. Following this, the police validated this information. A significant portion of Midtown has been placed under lockdown while authorities search for the guy who opened fire. They warned residents in the neighborhood to stay inside their homes and avoid venturing onto the streets.

Upon arrival, she noticed police and SWAT officers scouring buildings and stores looking for the shooter. At approximately 4:15 p.m., police informed McCowan that she could return to Colony Square. Seconds later, they made sure the suspect had been apprehended by the police by checking to see if that was indeed the case.

Who was the guy from Midtown Atlanta named Wesley Freeman?

Raissa Kengne, who is wanted, knew Thérèse Freeman
Raissa Kengne is said to know the individuals she murders well. She knew both Wesley Freeman and Michael Shinners, both of whom died as a result of the accident. She was arrested at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and taken to the detention center there.
