Adding to the list, Olivia Wilde once again opened her mouth about Shia LaBeouf’s exit from the project.
Shia LaBeouf’s exit was a major angle overall don’t worry darling controversial scenario. From a few controversial images leaked by LaBeouf to exactly contradictory statements by Wilde, the case only became interesting over time.

What is the feud between Shia LaBeouf and Olivia Wilde?
Shia LaBeouf sparked a fire of controversy when he posted a series of emails and photos about how the director asked him to stay in the film. The actor claimed it was due to a lack of rehearsal time that he left the project. He did this to prove that the reports that Olivia Wilde had kicked him out were false.
Olivia Wilde claimed she replaced the actor with Harry Styles as the Black Widow actress Florence Pugh said she felt uncomfortable around him. But what the evidence exposed by the actor showed was the complete opposite. He also posted a video where Wilde asks him to stay back for the project and also called Pugh “Miss Flo”.

But despite this evidence presented to the public, Olivia Wilde seems to stand firm on her point of view as she has once again expressed that she was the one who kicked him out of the film due to her concern for Pugh.
Olivia Wilde is in a phase of denial
As Olivia Wilde spoke to Vanity Fair recently, she once again shed some light on the fiasco. But that didn’t help because again, it was the same response that she fired the actor and she was taking care of Florence Pugh:
“My responsibility was to her. I am like a mother wolf. Making the call was tricky, but somehow he understood. I don’t think it would have been a process he would have enjoyed. He approaches his work with an intensity that can be combative.
She further added that she wants LaBeouf to evolve and do better in the future, as it would be a great loss for the industry without him:
“It was not the philosophy that I demanded in my productions, I want it to go well and evolve because I think it’s a big loss for the film industry when someone so talented is unable to work.”
According to the 36-year-old actor, he didn’t say anything more and quickly left the conversation saying that’s what it is when asked about it. During the chat with The Hollywood Reporter, he even wished luck with the upcoming film.

Don’t worry about Darling’s lackluster performance
Shortly after the film’s premiere at the 79th International Film Festival, critics said the film was lackluster and failed to deliver a great story.
But the expectation will always be there for the general public to watch the movie, because in many cases we’ve seen their reviews the opposite of the critics. While the film currently sits at 43% on Rotten Tomatoes, it needs to score at least 60% to be considered fresh.
don’t worry darling is set to hit theaters on September 23, 2022.
