Jodie Turner-Smith is in talks for one of the actors of Star Wars: Acolyte, a series that has been revealed to focus on the Sith, not much is known about the series at the moment, not even the release date and casting rumors with the exception of Amandla Stenberg, the hunger games fame has established itself as the main protagonist and Lee Jung-Jae, the main protagonist of the squid games, as the protagonist male. Jodie Turner-Smith’s role has yet to be revealed as her role in the series is still under consideration
The mystery-thriller series is supposed to be set 100 years before the events of Star Wars 1, with Russian Doll co-creator Leslye Headland fame as director, writer and showrunner of Acolyte.
This series has a lot of hype around it, even when we only have tiny information and rumors about it. Fans will certainly be pleased with the casting announcements circulating and the kind of story the Star Wars universe is aiming for.
