Loki Season 2 is set to premiere in 2023, and an exciting new cast member was just announced at Expo D23. Ke Huy Quan, from Indiana Jones, The Goonies, and more recently, Everything everywhere all at once the celebrity will join the cast, as part of TVA. Elsewhere in the MCU, Randall Park is confirmed to reprise his role as Jimmy Woo in the upcoming sequel, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.
Ke Huy Quan joins Loki Season 2 continues his career resurgence, following his acclaimed performance in Daniels Everything everywhere all at once, which was released by A24 earlier this year. As for Randall Park, his appearance in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will be his first since being seen in Wanda Vision.
before joining Loki Season 2, Ke Huy Quan is perhaps most recognized by the public for his performances in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom and The Goonies. He was mostly absent from film and television as an actor for decades due to what he saw as a lack of acting opportunities for him. Since the release of Crazy Rich Asians, he chose to return to the industry, and his performance in Everything everywhere all at once generated some buzz at the Oscars.
