The lineup of DCEU projects seems to be growing with black adam right on his tail. The franchise hasn’t been shy about making cameos for us, starting with flash, the whole movie revolves around the Flashpoint saga, giving us a big-screen return as the protector of Gotham played by both Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck.
Henry Cavill himself played a major role in building a name for DCEU on his own. His version of Clark Kent and the savior Kal El surprised many. Say we wouldn’t see a man of steel 2 or to see him in future projects would be a lie; and David Zaslav with WB seem to think so as well.

Originally intended to be just a series of cameos, this could be a direction for the rumors circulating to take shape. See the massive revivals that take place during Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, the public eye of Amber Heard, the polemics with Ezra Miller causing an outcry of disapproval for flash, bringing Cavill back as Superman might not be the worst idea.

The Return of Superman
WB and DC came up with a 10-year plan similar to that of the MCU and what was an attempt to do the same with the CW Arrowverse. In this defined course, titles such as Man of Steel 2, The Snyderverse, Justice League 2, and more may be possible films. Make a plan to see the return of the Enola Holmes The actor would be seen dressed in his signature blue and red suit and sporting the symbol of hope on his chest.
Batman is also rumored to be returning in more projects, including Shazam! Fury of the gods. Syl Abdul recently revealed that Cavill was seen in a costume ahead of the release of Black Adam. This does not hide the fact that he too wants to play the character that suits him so perfectly.

Henry Cavill’s future projects with WB and otherwise
After the announcement of The witcher’s season 3, Enola Holmes 2, his return confirmed in black adam, it was a touching surprise to see how much his fans wanted to see him in the MCU. Soon, the whispers of him getting a role in the same only grow stronger.
Zack Snyder’s Justice League set up an entire universe for the Knightmare era; a world dominated by Superman followed by the death of his love Lois Lane. It gave fans a lot of hope to see him in other projects, but until confirmation and even more speculation, nothing can be said for sure.
The collection of roles awaiting him could be a huge addition to Cavill’s already growing career.
