While the point of Henry Cavill joining so many franchises is absurd in itself, the fact that the film is so close to release makes the news even more ridiculous. Many on Twitter expressed disappointment with the casting, not knowing it was fake, while others are already defending the decision.

Many sources already suggest that Henry Cavill is returning as Superman and joining Loki as Evil Superman Hyperion. It could get quite confusing on screen for the audience as they would see the actor playing very similar characters in a different light.
