Childhood and education
Frances grew up alongside her older brother Simon and their younger brother Andy De La Tour, who became an actor and screenwriter and who today is perhaps best known for his roles in the drama ‘Plenty’, the romantic comedy ‘Notting Hill”, and the drama “Oliver Twist”.
