Morbius made a lot of memes
After the release of Morbius, along with Jared Leto and Matt Smith, its ratings were an all-new low for the superhero movie industry. With critics not sparing the film even a bit, the film only managed to gross $163 million worldwide, which was far less than expected.
That hasn’t stopped actors portraying vampire villains from following social media and the world of memes, however. Leto himself then created a fake poster for a meme sequel to the movie, Morbius 2: It’s Morbin’s time. The phrase had become so popular on the internet that you could hear almost everyone else using it.

Keanu Reeves brightens Matt Smith’s day
On the late night show Happy Sad Confused, Josh Horowitz told Matt Smith about the time he was on a flight with Keanu Reeves and oversaw him watching Morbius and A Clockwork Orange. Horowitz went on to call this match the perfect double feature.
“Because he’s an absolute legend and a man.”
Smith was rather happy to learn this information. He loved it The matrix star had actually watched his movie, even though it wasn’t the best, and if they were ever to work on a project together, then they would have something to talk about. Embracing the comedic aspect of the film, he laughed off the event, and even though Morbius and Hunger are both villains in the Spider-Man comic book world, Matt Smith played the role of antagonist in the film.
