One question that has been asked many times is whether Chris Evans will return as Steve Rogers. Despite his confirmed departure, rumors continue to swirl about the actor’s return, now in Secret Wars. Anthony Mackie commented on the discussion in an interview with E! News, he said:

Avengers: Secret Wars should be a big crossover event with lots of MCU characters taking part. Originally in the Secret Wars comics it was Steve Rogers as Captain America, but movies can obviously take creative liberties.
