Early life, sister and education
Ruby was raised alongside her sister Nadia (also a dancer) and brothers Alfie and Alec by their father Andrew, a car salesman, and mother Natalie, who teaches history at a local high school.
Ruby became interested in acting at a very young age, as she and her siblings often watched television together, and after noticing her interest, Ruby’s mother enrolled her in acting school, which ultimately led Ruby to launch her career at the age of seven. She became a member of her elementary school drama club and appeared in several of the school plays.
