Making an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the comedian, who has also starred in several projects, was asked to shed some light on what’s going on in her life these days. Schumer was quick to deliver a witty comment that drew laughter from the crowd. The dig at Levine adds to the meme culture that followed suit after the controversy made headlines.

On the show, Amy Schumer was introduced as the first guest of the evening with Jimmy Kimmel calling her a “one of the funniest people in the five boroughs and beyond.” The actress who was there to promote her upcoming tour – dubbed the Wh*re Tour — was asked for a life update by the show’s host. To this, she replied as follows:
“What did I do…I mostly played with Adam Levine.”
The answer seems to have amused the public who burst out laughing. Kimmel, equally amused, questioned rhetorically, “Have you got?”

The show host continued to insist, humorously asking if Schumer’s husband was okay with the revelation. The comedian said bluntly:
“Oh my god, he totally respects my choices and…yeah, no, we have a good sex life.”
Needless to say, this isn’t the first time Adam Levine has poked fun at Adam Levine after Instagram model Sumner Stroh revealed she had a long affair with the singer. Bizarre text messages also revealed how the rhythm guitarist planned to name his third child after the model. The whole situation was pretty murky, to begin with.

The 23-year-old model/influencer’s shocking revelation came just days after Levine’s wife Behati Prinsloo revealed her pregnancy on Instagram. Stroh alleged that after ending things with the singer, he came back into her life with a special request after several months. Through Instagram direct messages, Levine asked:
“Okay, serious question. I’m having another baby and if it’s a boy, I really want to name him Sumner. Are you okay with that? DEAD seriously.
These messages were confirmed by the Stroh representative, who provided proof validated by a screen recording. The singer, through a statement, denied the allegations of an affair. However, he stated that he “crossed the line during a regrettable time” of his life.
Additionally, Levine said her flirtatious interactions with the Instagram model, at times, “became inappropriate.” Although Prinsloo has yet to make an official statement, the Brown 5 The star claimed he was trying to make things better with his family because that’s all he cares about in the world.
While the whole debacle took a funny turn, with some of Levine’s texts to Stroh being turned into reaction memes, celebrities like Adam Devine also made jokes about the incident. Taking to Instagram, the Perfect alum cleared up some hilarious misconceptions. Posting a photo of himself and his wife, Chloe Bridges, the actor said: “I just want to post this and say my wife… and I are doing great.” Devine then said, “I’m not Adam Levine.”

Doing a comedic dig at the script, the actor concluded by saying that he was indeed planning on naming their future child Sumner.
As people continue to ridicule the lead singer for the whole situation, it would be interesting to witness the action taken by Behati Prinsloo is moving forward. According to various sources and insider reports, the couple want their marriage to work, but Prinsloo is understandable “upset” to the inappropriate actions of the singer.
It remains to be seen whether the Namibian model comes out of her silence and publicly responds to Sumner Stroh’s allegations.
