Cameron was raised alongside his two sisters, Bridget and Anne in Canada, by their father who is a high school janitor and their mother who teaches English at the same school.
Cameron became interested in acting while still in elementary school, but was unable to practice his skills until he enrolled in St. James Catholic Secondary School and joined the drama club from school.
