The Amber Heard v. Johnny Depp lawsuit has been a hot topic for all internet users for at least a month. Depp’s subsequent victory in the lawsuit led to the meltdown of Heard (who was turned into a meme) and the return of a Hollywood veteran who we greatly miss.
It’s been three months since the jury found in Depp’s favor, finding Heard’s claims about Depp about sexual abuse and domestic violence were false and then ordered her to pay $5 million in punitive damages. Depp only seems to be enjoying himself since the decision, and his recent performance tells us a lot.

It’s still safe to say that Depp’s attorney is quite defensive of him given his recent comments on the Amber Heard case and whether or not he was a #MeToo member. The 38-year-old lawyer recently spoke with CBS The speechin which she says Heard’s case is not part of the #MeToo movement at all-
“No because I know Johnny as a person. I worked with him for four years. I believed him. You know, for me, this case was not a Me Too case”
She further explains-
“It was about what happened between these two people, and in many ways, if you want to consider it a Me Too affair, it was an opportunity for Amber Heard to tell her story, to make investigate in a court of law, and a jury came back and said ‘no, we don’t believe you'”
“But I never hesitated because I believed Johnny, I was an advocate for him and I wanted the opportunity to give him his life back. He deserved that.
That’s quite the statement to make just to depose Heard even after the trial is over. But Vasquez has worked with Depp for four long years, and it’s only reasonable that she should develop such a level of trust in him and his words.
