She became interested in dancing at an early age and was five years old when she started dancing ballet. She attended a local high school where she practiced acting and played the piano. After enrolling in 1975, Sheryl decided not to go to college but to focus on her career as a ballerina.
Sheryl’s career
Soon after enrolling, Sheryl began working as a ballet teacher as well as a choreographer, as she launched her acting career the same year at the age of 18.
She played a dancer (uncredited) in the musical horror film “Alice Cooper: The Nightmare” written by Tony Hudz and Alan Rudolph, directed by Jorn H. Winther and which starred her future husband Alice, Vincent Price and Linda Googh – if follows one of Alice Cooper’s musical characters, Steven who finds himself in a surreal dreamlike fantasy.
The same year, Sheryl played Ethyl in “Alice Cooper: Welcome to My Nightmare (Concert Feature)”, then in 1978 played a dancer in the fantasy adventure comedy film “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band”, but which received mostly poor reviews.Three of her other roles were in the 1979 film “The Strange Case of Alice Cooper”, the 1980 musical “Roadie” and the 2019 short video “Kane Roberts Feat. Vincent Damon Furnier, better known by his stage name Alice Cooper, was born in Detroit, Michigan USA, on February 4, 1948 – his zodiac sign is Aquarius and he holds American citizenship. He is known as “The Godfather of Shock Rock”, as he rose to popularity with his band’s Alice Cooper song “I’m Eighteen” released in 1971.
He grew up in Detroit where he was raised by his father Ether Moroni Furnier and mother Ella Mae, while the family moved to Phoenix, Arizona when he was 12 due to illness. Alice attended Cortez High School, where he became interested in music and dreamed of selling a million albums. At the age of 16, he entered the school talent show with his band The Earwigs, which he founded with four other boys.
They won the show and decided to go full band, renaming themselves The Spiders, though they eventually changed the name to Alice Cooper. At this time, the core members were Alice, Glen Buxton on lead guitar, Dennis Dunaway on bass, Michael Bruce on rhythm guitar, and Neal Smith on drums.

He then released numerous albums, and in 1988 signed a contract with Epic Records – a year later he rose to worldwide fame after the release of his single “Poison”, and peaked at number two. in the UK and #7 in the US. By 1992, Alice had released 19 studio albums, then ceased publishing them but instead focused on her other work – her 21st solo album due out on February 26, 2021, titled ‘Detroit Stories’.
He has been nominated for 38 awards for his music, winning 30 – he has also been nominated for five Grammy Awards.
In 1986, Alice noticed that the members of the band Megadeth had problems with drug and alcohol abuse, and set out to help them overcome their addictions, having previously overcome her own addiction to alcohol.
