Critics related to Bella Ramsey’s Ellie have been high more recently after a controversial statement from the actress. In an interview with USA Today, the actress revealed that she has never acted The last of us Game. According to her words, when she revealed to HBO that she had never played the game, the studio encouraged her not to.

She further revealed that she watched some gameplay on Youtube later to capture the essence of Joel and Ellie’s universe. But the statement didn’t go over well with fans, many of whom are ardent gamers or believe sources must be followed to recreate the magic on screen.
