Arthur led Parramatta to 8 wins over his next ten games between rounds 12 and 22 of the 2019 NRL season. By beating the last Gold Coast team 36-12, Parramatta secured their place in the 2019 final series.
He coached Parramatta to a sixth-place finish in the 2021 NRL season. The team qualified for week two of the finals but were again knocked out of the match after losing 8-6 to Penrith.
Arthur renewed his commitment to Parramatta on October 8, 2021, until 2024.
