What is the common thing to the new team of Midnight Sons which includes Werewolf by Night, Punisher, Blade, Moon Knight, Ghost Rider and Morbius? — they haven’t been seen in a single standalone project that revolves its story around said team of supernatural superheroes. We think it’s time for Marvel Studios to produce one.
Midnight Sons has seen a lot of roster changes since its inception in 1992, when the original team appeared in ghost rider #31. This team consisted of Danny Ketch, Johnny Blaze, Blade, Morbius and Doctor Strange – and the members have been changing ever since. But it’s safe to say that fans would love to see a movie based on the Marvel team soon.

Fans plead with conditions for a Midnight Sons movie
The new roster of Midnight Sons are all characters who have their own standalone projects in the MCU (with the exception of Ghost Rider).
Moon Knight & Punisher is getting their own TV show, Blade is getting an upcoming reboot movie, Werewolf by Night is the focus of Marvel’s latest special, and Ghost Rider and Morbius are getting their own movies too! (although the final two character projects just weren’t enough for fans).

These characters, however, have all been part of Midnight Sons at least once in the comics, and it’s absolutely a bizarre revelation for fans of the supernatural team that a team of these characters in an MCU movie wouldn’t. still isn’t a thing in 2022.
Fans have been posting their demands on Twitter, but these two characters in particular are facing heavy criticism for being part of the team.

This fan is still on the Morbius joke-
Call it the morbin squad and you’ve got a billion dollar franchise 🔥 🔥

This fan doesn’t want Morbius and Punisher on the team! –
For God’s sake, stop putting Punisher and Morbius in this fucking squad please

night werewolf is shaping up to be a pretty dark special, so maybe? –
R rated please.

These two characters seem to be out of favor among Midnight Sons fans-
Replace Punisher and Morbius with Elsa and Manthing and we have a good team.

It’s actually true-
Morbius was the leader of the Midnight Sons in the comics… pic.twitter.com/M19o7AK4V8

It’s quite surprising Morbius has been a part of the Midnight Sons on a regular basis so we don’t understand why they want him, maybe it’s a new hate that’s happened since the Jared Leto directed movie based on the character failed.
As for the Punisher, fans loved the TV show the character got, and Kevin Feige would certainly have it on Morbius whose reputation has been tarnished lately.

Werewolf By Night Seems To Set Up A Midnight Sons Movie
night werewolf has been the talk of the town for Marvel fans ever since the TV special was announced to be in the works since August 2021. News has surfaced that Marvel is working on a Halloween-themed project based on the character that will air on Disney+.
It’s been a year since we waited to finally see the trailer for the special, which, as we saw, looked terrifying. Judging by the trailer, we can see that Marvel is pushing the limits of the MCU a little further by experimenting with gore and lots (and lots!) of blood in their projects, and that creates nothing but an exciting R-rated future for the MCU.
It’s surely an ambitious project for the MCU to show off all that gore, but one small detail that everyone seems to have missed is the fact that night werewolf just introduced three core members of the Midnight Sons team to the MCU.

Werewolf by Night, Man-Thing, and Elsa Bloodstone have all served on the supernatural team. With most of the team’s characters already in the MCU, it would be safe to at least assume that Marvel is considering a movie based on the Midnight Sons, and we so want that to be true!
