Will Oliver Queen return?

Oliver’s tragic death would have ended his story, but the character may yet eventually return. In the Earth Prime comics, Oliver returned as The Spectre, and ever since the flash Season 9 will arrive in 2023, it is possible that he could reprise his role in the series.

Despite several fallouts that followed Arrow, many of them were canceled. It’s worth paying homage to the series that started it all, expanded the DC TV universe, and introduced lesser-known characters to viewers. It’s also had successful crossovers with several of its spinoffs, bringing all of those DC characters together in one frame.
