The spider head star shared the multi-step routine. The 30 second video shows all the steps of the workout. Below are each step of the full body pumping workout.

  • 20 push-ups
  • 10 x Curved Dumbbell Rows (with an overhand grip)
  • 20 x seated passages
  • 30 seconds rest
  • 20 x floor chest flies with dumbbells
  • 20 Renegade dumbbell rows
  • 20 x climbers on each side
  • 30 seconds rest
  • 10 x static lunges with dumbbells
  • 10 x Dumbbell Floor Tricep Extensions
  • 30 second crawling bear
  • 30 seconds rest

The men in black star mentions that the 30 seconds of rest throughout the workout is her favorite part and shared that the workout routine should have a total of 4 rounds.
