Being one of the most followed stars on the internet, and being so close to Euphoria star Zendaya, it is linked to mental exhaustion. In a video posted a few hours ago on his Instagram account, the actor commented on the same, he wrote the caption of the post:
“Hello and goodbye… I took a break from social media for my mental health… I love you all and let’s talk about mental health“

Also, he promoted a charity created by his family called The Brothers Trust Shop and its partner Stem4, which gives funds and support to other charities in need. In the video he posted, he notes how many comments made about him negatively affected him, he said:
“I get caught up and spiral when I read things about myself online, and ultimately it’s very detrimental to my mental state, so I decided to take a step back and delete the app.”

In response to the heartfelt message and his attempt to regain his sanity, his fans are flocking to support him. Calling him one of the “good guys”, fans appreciate Tom Holland’s efforts to promote mental health.
