Co-authors of the original paper Wei Shi, Ph.D., a postdoctoral scientist in the Conlon experiment as well as Xinlei Sheng, Ph.D., a postdoctoral researcher in the Cristae research facility, led a systems-based strategy to recognize the molecular distinctions among men and women embryonic and individual hearts in rodents, at all RNA as well as protein stages of cells.
