People change and their way of thinking towards anything also changes as they grow older and older. They can have different opinions when they are at a different age about anything. This is what actually a change of heart means.
Thinking And Memory Skills Can Be Affected By The Change Of Heart
But do you think that change of heart can really affect your thinking and memory skills?
Thinking skills is a kind of skill in which your brain processes all the information, gets new ideas to the brain, helps in making connections, and also makes decisions.
There are different kinds of critical thinking skills, some of the critical thinking skills are:
- Analysis: Analysis is a process of gaining detailed information about anything by breaking or splitting the information into small parts so that we can describe that thing or topic in a more descriptive way so that we could understand it.
- Interpretation: Interpretation is a process in which you explain or tell about your own point of view on any particular topic.
- Inference: Our brain needs to find some conclusion about any topic that’s what inference means. Inference is a process in which you reach your conclusion by the help of finding and observations you have done.
- Self-regulation: Self-regulation means regulating something on your own. It means giving or directing their own thoughts and improvising it applying those thoughts to some specific skills.
- Open-mindedness: Open mindedness can also be called critical thinking. Critical thinkers always take any decision by thinking critically. They always have to find logic in everything.
- Problem Solving: Problem solving or critical thinking both helps in solving any problem by combining all the data and thinking about it to get the logical solution of the problem.
Memory skills are a kind of skill or ability to recollect all the past experiences or memories whether it’s learned facts skills or habits.
Change of heart can affect thinking and memory skills, especially in middle age. Middle-aged people often think about anything a lot. And heart plays an important role in thinking about anything.
A little bit of change in the structure of the heart can be the cause for or affect the thinking and memory skills. After you age, there are four chambers in the heart, and the size of those chambers of the heart increases. Due to this the heart walls thickens and the blood holding capacity also decreases due to which the blood will fill more slowly in the heart. Around middle age, the thinking ability would reach a steady rate and would start to decline.
When a person goes through their middle age they go through or the can have heart disease like they can have high blood pressure or high cholesterol, and diabetes which is ultimately connected with thinking problems as it would increase the risk of remembering anything you would start losing your focus and this is how it will affect the thinking skills.
Memory skills and thinking skills both are connected with the brain and in young adulthood, people have some kind of heart deviation or you can say heart abnormalities which would make your thinking skills as well as your memory skills poor or lower. This would lead to you losing your focus on anything or forgetting.
Excessive thinking and remembering about anything can lead you to stress disorder and will also have mood swings. Your brain might feel depressed and can also have anxiety attacks (it is an attack in which you will suddenly have fear from anything) which will force you to smoke and will lead you to damage your heart in your middle age which would affect your thinking and memory skills.
