I’m just not in that place right now like where I put any energy.” Diaz also added that she has millions of products on her shelves that she hasn’t touched for years. She admitted that this version of her wasn’t born overnight but has happened gradually.
Cameron Diaz opened up that she was a victim of societal objectification and exploitation women are subjected to. Diaz also delivered a small inspiring speech to all women around the world as she said, “It’s hard not to, it’s hard not to sort of look at yourself and judge yourself against other sort of markers of beauty”.
She also said that an actress who has been a victim of beauty standards might develop a toxic behavior of sitting in front of the mirror for hours.
Diaz stated, “You start to pick yourself apart, And you’re like why am I sitting here being so mean to myself? My body is strong, my body is capable, right?
