Ray J said that they shot the romp on Kim’s birthday while on vacation in Cabo, Mexico. But, according to Blatt, he never heard from Ray J again, and a third party finally gave the 41-minute picture to Vivid Entertainment.
Soon after, Kim filed a lawsuit against Vivid, accusing them of publishing the footage without consent. She abandoned the action after Joe
Francis, the creator of Girls Gone Wild and a family friend, assisted her in acquiring $US5 million for its distribution instead. Kim is now trying to safeguard her four children, who range in age from two to eight years.
