Splatoon 3 is the third edition in Nintendo’s bright and boisterous shooter franchise. It builds on the events and gameplay of Splatoon 2 while introducing many new and interesting aspects.
Splatoon 3 Will Arrive In September!
The original Splatoon was published on the failed Wii U platform, and the sequel was released on the Switch. Splatoon 2 was a smash hit on the Nintendo Switch, and fans have been eagerly awaiting the next instalment.
Thankfully, we won’t have to wait until the next-generation system splatters some more ink since Splatoon 3 will be available on the Nintendo Switch.
Unlike some other titles slated for release in 2022, Nintendo has been extremely forthcoming with details about Splatoon 3.
Splatoon 3 Release date
Splatoon 3 has now been given an official release date! Splatoon 3 will be published on September 9th, 2022, according to an announcement made on April 22nd.
Splatoon is primarily a multiplayer game series. Like the Octo Expansion DLC, the unique single-player narrative campaigns are almost like a bonus on top of the multiplayer components.
However, it is still a terrific location to learn how to use weapons, practice, and absorb the knowledge that builds a picture of the Splatoon universe, the Splatooniverse.
To introduce these new modes, let us first discuss the new location in Splat 3. The region is known as the Splatlands, a “sun-soaked region” centred on the principal city of Splatsville. This city is closely connected with chaotic themes, most likely owing to the conclusion of the Chaos vs Order Splatfest.

Splatoon 3 appears to shake up much pre-existing equipment and bring in older goods and newfangled components. Nearer the time, Nintendo may unveil a full lineup of the new weaponry, but the bow-and-arrow-shaped ink flinger appears to be the star of the show.
The older items in question are the original Splatoon’s Inkzooka and Killer Wail. The Zook is tripled this time, shooting three bullets and being dubbed the Trizooka, but the ‘Killer Wail 5.1’ now fires numerous rays rather than just one.
There are several fascinating new weapons items, including the much-anticipated Crab Tank, a shield item called the Big Bubbler, and a novel idea called the Zipcaster.
