Erika Jayne will now have to surrender her very loved $ 750000 Diamond Earring as the Judge has finally ruled that her ex-husband Tom Girardi purchased the costly Earing from Stolen money According to the judgment which was held on Tuesday Judge Barry Russell said that “The settlement funds from the trust account created for a class action handled by Thomas’ firm Girardi Keese were used to pay for the diamond earrings.

” The Judge also made a note that he did not believe that Erika was aware of the fact that the earring was purchased from a stolen amount. And now she has to return it. Tom Girardi aged 83 purchased the earrings in the year 2007 with money from his client’s trust account and he also cited the purchase as costs for the case, per court docs which were obtained in February. He initially claimed that the precious jewelry was stolen from their home but the earrings purchased from the stolen money were found in a safe.
Ronald Richards, who is the former attorney of the Trustee while reacting to the judged statement said that the Court found that there are some scams made by the firm with the funds. He also said that the earrings were ruled as the property of the Estate and now Erika had tried to argue that a lot of time has passed and the firm’s former clients should be making this claim, not the Trustee.
Richard, later on, said that the court reportedly rejected the argument and said the Trustee can bring a turnover order for the earrings and forfeited all of Erika’s rights in the earrings. After this, the lawyer from Erika’s side responded to the decision passed and he also discussed how it will affect his client. The lawyer said that for one more time Erika is facing consequences for past actions taken by her ex-husband Tom Girardi.
Erika did nothing wrong, In fact, the judge specifically found no fault or knowledge on the part of Erika regarding the actions of Tom Girardi and his partners at the law firm. Tom Girardi the lawyer did this.”
The statement of the hearing said that legally the judged decision is raising a very important issue of whether the laws allow revisiting the transactions which happened 15 years ago, taking the gift away from the innocent spouse. Now, this is for a higher court to decide and look into this matter. Tom Girardi is also accused of stiffing widows and orphans settlement funds who unfortunately lost their loved family members in the 2018 lion Air Flight 610 crash.
He reportedly spent money from the class action suit on his luxurious lifestyle with his wife Jayne. Their lifestyle has been showcased on the RHOBH over the past years. After seeing all these acquisitions one thing is very sure there are a lot more legal battles that will be fought by the 83-year-old accused in the coming future.
