Behind-the-Scenes Photo Shows New Look at Michael Keaton’s Batman in Now Canceled bat girl film.
Following the cancellation of the DC Extended Universe movie bat girl, Co-director Adil El Arbi took to his official Instagram Story to share his gratitude to a select group of people who reached out to him and his co-director Bilall Fallah after the news broke. In his Instagram Story, he also shared a behind-the-scenes photo featuring Michael Keaton dressed as his version of Batman.
The photo, which you can see below, shows Leslie Grace’s Batgirl and Michael Keaton’s Batman together:
bat girl as originally slated to hit HBO Max later this year. Considering the inclusion of JK Simmons as Commissioner Gordon and Michael Keaton as Batman, it was likely to be released after the flash hit theaters. Keaton will still appear in that movie, which is set to hit theaters next June, after being delayed from its November 2022 release date.
bat girl was to feature Leslie Grace as Barbara Gordon, along with JK Simmons as Commissioner Gordon, Brendan Fraser as Firefly, and Keaton as Bruce Wayne/Batman. Keaton is still set to reprise his role as his version of the Caped Crusader in the upcoming film, The flash.
Besides Ezra Miller and Michael Keaton the flash also features Ben Affleck as Batman, Ron Livingston as Henry Allen, Maribel Verdú as Nora Allen, Kiersey Clemons as Iris West, Michael Shannon as General Zod, Antje Traue as Faora-Ul, and Sasha Calle as Supergirl. Saoirse-Monica Jackson, Rudy Mancuso and Luke Brandon Field are also on board in undisclosed roles.
