The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol-3 trailer images are leaked and are only shared by limited people who have access to the leaked trailer images.
The trailer showcased Will Poulter’s look as Adam Warlock. It’s good to see another great character introduced to Marvel, according to the precise comic plot.
Does MCU’s Adam Warlock look like the one in the comics?
MCU’s Adam Warlock has a gem engraved on his forehead, just like the one in the comics. But unlike the comics, it’s not the Soul Stone but a random gem that helps Adam focus his power and unleash it.
According to the comics, the Infinity Stones came to life. And Adam Warlock was the only character who lived with the Soul Stone on his forehead.
But Marvel had to change it because the whole Infinity Saga ended on a high. And triggering the stones again will make no sense.
It is said that Adam Warlock will join the Guardians in their quest to beat the antagonist of the story.
Did Marvel use any random power source for Adam in the MCU?
The White Vision from the Marvel Disney Plus series, Wanda Vision, has obtained her Focus Gem to become more intelligent and match the Mind Stone’s attack power. But it was a mechanical innovation, whereas Adam Warlock is a legendary warrior.
So why would Marvel use such a loose plot by replacing the comic book-accurate Soul Stone with a random one? We can expect a storyline about this stone or gem which is Adam Warlock’s power source.
We just have to hope that Marvel doesn’t cut Adam’s screen time in the movie, just like it did with Gorr- The God Butcher in Thor: Love and Thunder.
As fans, we want to see new characters and villains have more of an impact on the film. And that’s the only request from us, the fans, to the biggest superhero movie studio in the world.
