Sakiyna Thompson was apprehended at Springfield Gardens for alleged murder.
On July 13, 2022, a woman was stabbed 9,300 blocks from Northwest 57th Street in her Tamarac apartment. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Although the victim’s information has not been made public by authorities, Kayla Hodgson, 23, was the woman who died, according to her friends.
