CrossFit athlete Jacqueline Dahlstrom competes professionally. She became one of the sportswomen who excelled to win the most trophies in competitive events in 2019.

Although she is a well-known Crossfitter, Jacqueline Dahlstrom is not included on the official Wikipedia page. In 2014, Jacqueline Dahlstrom entered her first CrossFit competition.
She used to work out in a gym, and when she heard the box opening nearby, she got interested and wanted to take a look.
When Jacqueline was ten years old, she first learned to ride a horse. She also tried football, handball, gymnastics, swimming and other sports, but none of them suited her.
When Dahlstrom was 16, she stopped riding and started training and running. In 2012 and 2013, she competed in fitness competitions, placing second and third nationally. After that, she felt the need to become stronger, physically better and more capable.

Dahlstrom spent hours perfecting his techniques and perfecting the specific movement of each exercise. She finished third in Norway and 54th overall in Europe at the 2015 Open. She made the decision to take it more seriously after seeing these results and start a certain program in order to be eligible for Regionals.
