According to THE WEST AUSTRALIA, renowned Western Australian doctor Anthony Bell is accused of domestic violence against his wife, human rights lawyer Rabia Siddique.
According to ABC News, he has pleaded not guilty to the violent attack on Ms Saddique in Mount Pleasant.
Magistrate Adam Hills-Wright lifted the pending temporary removal order this morning.
Dr. Bell obtained the suppression order in order to protect his identity, according to testimony submitted to the court.
Dr. Bell alleged in his affidavit that Magistrate Hills-Wright framed the allegations against him in terms of separation.
Anthony further claimed that the accuser expressed a desire to “ruin his life” and that the accusations were “baseless”.
He said St. John of God had been contacted by the media to find out if their perception of him was accurate.
Although his business was still behind him, the doctor claimed that if the incident made headlines he could lose his job and be unable to treat some patients.

According to magistrate Hills-Wright, Anthony Bell is considered innocent and has not been imprisoned.
Reports say the doctor will appear in Perth Magistrates’ Court the following month to seek a trial date.
According to Adam Hills-Wright, the public has a better understanding of the justice system.
In order to grant a removal order, the court must also be satisfied that unusual circumstances exist, he continued.
Despite the possibility of “serious disgrace” resulting from extensive disclosure, the trial procedure applied “equally for all”.
Hills-Wright noted that the court considered any potential wider repercussions for patients and organizations.
