They’ve had their chance, now it’s our turn’: Marvel fans troll David Zaslav for letting Henry Cavill go, beg Kevin Feige to bring him to the MCU as Hyperion, Sentry or Captain Britain

Superman’, the DC Extended Universe superhero, is a hero known for his justice-seeking personality, who is caring and watches over the weak. This character has always been the one who received a lot of love from his fans. Henry Cavill is famous for portraying the role of ‘Superman’ in live action. Fans also like to see only him playing this role. But recently, rumors are circulating that Henry Cavill will soon step down from that role and strike a deal with Marvel instead.

Henry Cavill doesn’t want to return as Superman

Warner Bros Discovery CEO David Zaslav has been heavily criticized for canceling the upcoming bat girl film with many others. Zaslav said he wanted to focus only on quality rather than quantity. Now it looks like he’s doing the same with Henry Cavill by letting him go.

Recently, rumors have spread like wildfire about the departure of Henry Cavill from his famous Superman role and instead will join Marvel and star as Captain Britain. Nothing has been confirmed as of yet.

But one could say as much as Henry Cavill no longer seems interested in his former role as Superman or we can say that he no longer wants to work with Warner Bros. Erik Davis of fandango and Umberto Gonzalez of The envelope Told Twitter spaces that Warner Bros tried to approach Henry Cavill to play the role of Superman or could still approach him but he doesn’t seem interested. Umberto González said:

The multiverse must remain, if they want to keep [Supergirl actress] Sasha Calle and bringing back a new Superman or bringing back Cavill or something, that’s going to have to be the reality.

And Erik answered by saying:

“I had heard a story that they asked [Henry Cavill]and he doesn’t want to do it, he doesn’t want to come back.

It’s not just Warner Bros who want him back as Superman, but the fans also want this “man of steel” back. But others are happy with that and want him to work with Marvel instead, where they can see him more.

Henry Cavill first played Superman (Clark Kent) in the 2013 film Steel man. He was later seen in Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016) and Justice League (2017). But when in 2019 the studio was trying to look in a different direction for DCEU, and it was reported that Henry Cavill was irrelevant for future projects.

It is reported that Henry Cavill is in talks with Marvel Studios for an unconfirmed role in the MCU. If the reports are true and all goes well, we can see Cavill as part of the MCU where his character can fully focus, unlike DC.

Fans are calling on Kevin Feige to sign Henry Cavill for an MCU role. Some also expect him to play the roles of Hyperion Where Sentinel other than Captain Britain.

While some are joking Henry Cavill will be seen in the next Marvel movie ripping his shirt off and revealing he’s Captain Britain.

Fans keep trolling Zaslav for letting go of such an amazing actor and marveling that they won’t pass up a golden opportunity like this.
