While there’s seemingly no stopping the ridiculousness, Oscar producer Will Packer expressed his feelings and support for the 53-year-old actor’s apology.

Will Packer wishes the best for Will Smith
In Will Smith’s apology video, he was seen expressing his regret and elaborating on his actions at this year’s Oscars where he took the stage to slap comedian Chris Rock, following a joke that he made about the actor’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, and her alopecia. In the video, the actor was seen making the following statement and making people aware of his remorse over the infamous incident:
“I’ll tell you, Chris, I apologize. My behavior was unacceptable, and I’m here whenever you’re ready to talk. I want to apologize to Chris’ mom; I saw an interview that Chris’ mother did. And that was just one of those things about that moment, I didn’t realize it, and I didn’t think about how many people were hurt at that moment.

Following the actor’s apology, 2022 Oscars producer Will Packer said in a recent interview that he was “pulling” for Will Smith.
