The defenders star Rosario Dawson responded to news of Charlie Cox’s upcoming release daredevil to restart.
In 2015, daredevil debuted on Netflix. One of the supporting cast members was Rosario Dawson as Claire Temple; a nurse who has helped the various Netflix Marvel characters. She continued to appear in Jessica Jones, iron fist, Luke Cageand The defenders. She was last seen in the second season of Luke Cage before the shows were all canceled by Netflix throughout 2018 and early 2019.
Due to contract issues, characters from Marvel Netflix shows weren’t able to appear in any MCU projects for several years. That number has since expired, and Charlie Cox’s Daredevil has returned in a big way to the Marvel Universe. The character first appeared as Peter Parker’s lawyer in Spider-Man: No Coming Home and will make several appearances in the various Disney Plus shows.
Charlie Cox’s Daredevil will first appear in She-Hulk: Lawyer and will also be involved in the next Echo series too. The character will then get their own full Disney Plus series which will be titled Daredevil Reborn. Now her co-star, Rosario Dawson, has opened up on the news.
During a recent C2E2 appearance, Rosario Dawson revealed that she was incredibly happy for Charlie Cox, stating that the rebirth couldn’t have happened to a better person:

“She-Hulk: Attorney at Law” follows Jennifer Walters as she navigates the complicated life of a single thirty-something lawyer who also happens to be a 6-foot-7 green superpowered hulk.
Marvel Studios’ She-Hulk: Lawyer stars Tatiana Maslany, Mark Ruffalo, Tim Roth, Benedict Wong, Ginger Gonzaga, Josh Segarra, Jameela Jamil, Jon Bass and Renée Elise Goldsberry.
