Born on January 6, 1985 in London, England, Hugh spent his childhood in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, but also spent a year in Perth, Australia when he was four years old.
He went to Eastbourne College from 1998 to 2003, then enrolled at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA), graduating with a degree in Theater and Drama in 2006.
Early career
Skinner’s career began the following year; he joined the English Touring Theater in 2007, and landed his first role in the play “French Without Tears”.
