Fans went crazy when they witnessed Idris Elba’s return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe after his death in Avengers: Infinity War. Previously, many of us believed that this would be his last appearance in the MCU, but he made a successful comeback recently in Thor: Love and Thunder.

Idris Elba talks about his potential return to the MCU
In love and thunder, a character presented himself at the gates of Valhalla. This hinted that the character still exists in-universe. The actor recently sat down for an interview with Collider and talked about his return to the MCU.
“Almost his entire arsenal of gifts has been exploited in one way or another. He sees everything, you know. But he’s a hell of a warrior. We’ve seen him as a warrior as well, and he has the immortality around him and that would be something that we haven’t really explored, so I think that might be interesting. Hey, look, you know, the Marvel world is always expanding. You never know.

We just saw him as a supporting role, but bringing him back in a big role in the future will be amazing for the fans. Fans would love to see a new version of Heimdall help Thor in the future, especially if the new Avengers are going to destroy Kang the Conqueror.

Natalie Portman’s future return has become more likely after Idris Elba tease
Not only that, in an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Jane Foster aka Natalie Portman revealed her MCU future after Thor: Love and Thunder tease a potential Thor 5 come back. She also said that her son wants her to continue making Marvel movies, which motivates her to work on more projects.
“I loved that they had him as a Thor, you know? Thor is a concept, not necessarily a singular person, and I’m excited to make a movie that my son loves. I am open to anything. He’s such a cool character and I feel like anything is possible.

Natalie Portman’s son, Aleph, is her direct source of motivation, which pushes her to work for him. It may lead to the actress coming back for more Marvel movies after her blockbuster success Thor: Love and Thunder. The actress is also interested and ready to make a comeback as Jane Foster.
