Brett Rypien, a Canadian-American quarterback, signed as an undrafted free agent with the NFL’s Denver Broncos in 2019.
Similarly, he went to Shadle Park High School in Spokane, Washington and played college football for Boise State.
On August 31, 2021, the Broncos let Rypien go. He re-signed with the practice squad the following day and was added to the active roster on September 28, 2021.

Laura Buck, who was Brett’s girlfriend and is now his wife, has a background in interior design and personal training.
She played football while in high school at Westview. She then went to Boise State University, where she played as a forward for the football team and earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations, advertising, and applied communications in 2018.
In 2017, she worked in sales for H&M. Since 2018, she has been a fitness instructor at F45 Training in San Diego.
After a long relationship, the couple got married in April this year. They just posted on Instagram to mark their two-month anniversary.
