She-Hulk and its real world problems
Just because you’re a superhero doesn’t mean the rest of the world’s mundane problems cease to exist. Superheroes are defined by struggles so traumatic, egregious, and enduring that audiences are often confused placing them in a mundane or real storyline. But She-Hulk has now broken down the barrier between the heroic and the mundane, the reel and the real, and produced a delicious mix of humor, action and, of course, a superhero dealing with dating frustrations.

Jon Bass wants to be the MCU’s next Tony Stark
The 32 year old player Baywatch Star Jon Bass enters the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Todd, one of Jennifer Walters’ dates who hit it off with She-Hulk after a series of unfortunate dating accidents from the part of the latter. However, Todd just happens to be one of those characters that pops up all over the place, making the character of Jon Bass a recurring guest star on the show. But the most striking factor about the comedic actor is his role as aspiring Tony Stark. As Bass stated:
“Todd is a billionaire playboy philanthropist asshole who wants more than anything to feel like Tony Stark, but presents himself as Jon Bass. He’s used to getting what he wants, but he’s a bad guy who’s starting to show up everywhere.

Series co-producer Wendy Jacobson also has something to add about this unique and obnoxious character:
“Jon Bass is so funny and he’s so good at playing this terrible person – it’s really fun to watch. Todd’s character plays on the social commentary of misogyny and incel culture and unfair opinions of women. He is annoying, but mostly harmless and it’s really about embodying those awkward interactions you have with someone when they keep popping up in your life over and over.
