Major film production companies like Universal Pictures, Disney and Warner Bros. have earned their share of global box office success with a string of movies and TV shows that have played spectacularly in cinemas around the world, but there’s always one company that tops the rest, and the structuring of this company plays a big part in it.
Disney’s strict bureaucratic structure and planning model caused the company problems in decision-making areas, which effectively slowed down decision-making. Warner Bros. is struggling with his own paperwork issues with the movies he wants to release. Universal Pictures, on the other hand, has upped its game since 2019, when it overtook Disney at the global box office, and it has once again made a new mark in this area.
