The prequel to Hunger Games, the ballad of songbirds and snakes should be released in the coming year. With the film’s already exceptional cast, one more name is added to the list. Oscar-winning actress Viola Davis will now join the cast alongside Peter Dinklage (Game of Thrones), Hunter Schafer (Euphoria), Tom Blyth and Rachel Zegler. She will play the villain, Dr. Volumnia Gaul, who is the chief game designer for the 10th annual Hunger Games.

Dr. Volumnia Gaul is the chief game designer of the 10th Hunger Games.
