Gwinnett County investigators have released security video of a man believed to be a person of interest in the murder of another man available to the public.
Lawrenceville resident Anthony Collins, 44, was found dead on Riverside Parkway near McKendree Elementary School after residents called police. They then arrived to examine it. Investigators have informed Tony Thomas, who oversees Channel 2’s Gwinnett County office, of the death of a man named Collins.
He was walking in a neighborhood known for its dog park when the incident occurred. Police say Collins was found shot next to his car. The motive for the attack remained a mystery.
