Taika Waititi Thor: Love and Thunder will be available to stream in September for Disney Plus Day.
Thor: Love and Thunder received a mixed response from Marvel fans, with the film fully committing to the comedy first premiered in Ragnarok. At the box office, the sequel earned less than Ragnarok but still topped $700 million worldwide. love and thunder marked the fourth film of the Thor franchise, and there’s no word on what’s next for Chris Hemsworth’s God of Thunder.

With Disney Plus Day coming September 8th, it was announced today that Thor: Love and Thunder will air on the streaming service that day. A new episode of She-Hulk: Lawyer will also be released on Disney Plus day.
Here is the synopsis of Thor: Love and Thunder:
The film finds Thor (Chris Hemsworth) on an unprecedented journey – a quest for inner peace. But his retreat is interrupted by a galactic killer known as Gorr the God Butcher (Christian Bale), who seeks the extinction of the gods. To combat the threat, Thor enlists the help of King Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), Korg (Taika Waititi), and ex-girlfriend Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), who – to Thor’s surprise – inexplicably wields his magic hammer, Mjolnir, as Mighty. Thor. Together they embark on a harrowing cosmic adventure to uncover the mystery of the God Butcher’s revenge and stop him before it’s too late.
Directed by Taika Waititi and produced by Kevin Feige and Brad Winderbaum, the Thor the sequel stars Chris Hemsworth, Christian Bale, Tessa Thompson, Jaimie Alexander, Taika Waititi, Russell Crowe, Natalie Portman, Chris Pratt, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Vin Diesel and Bradley Cooper.
