New images from the set of the next Mad Max: Fury Road prequel Furiosa show marvel Thor star Chris Hemsworth in full costume for his role in the film.
Hemsworth’s Furiosa The role is not yet known, although rumors suggest he will play the film’s central antagonist. The prequel follows that of Charlize Theron road of fury character, Imperator Furiosa, played in her youth by Anya Taylor-Joy.
Previous set photos showed Chris Hemsworth in a red wig and prosthetic nose and the most recent Furiosa the stills to emerge reveal an even better look at his appearance in the film.
The new set photos, shared by Instagram user “chrishemsworth_italy”, show the Thor: Love and Thunder star dressed on the Furiosa Position.
In accordance with the madmax Franchise aesthetic, Chris Hemsworth wears garish biker gear and carries a small arsenal of weaponry on his person. The graying red hair and bushy beard, along with the oversized nose, are a far cry from Hemsworth’s gaze as Marvel’s God of Thunder.

Rumors suggest that Chris Hemsworth’s character is Dementus, a warlord who captures Anya Taylor-Joy’s Furiosa from Green Place, as depicted in Mad Max: Fury Road. In addition to being the central antagonist of the film, he should come into conflict with road of fury villainous Immortan Joe.
Here is the synopsis of Furiosa:
As the world crumbles, young Furiosa is snatched from the Green Place of Many Mothers and falls into the hands of a large horde of bikers led by the warlord Dementus. Scanning the Wasteland, they encounter the Citadel presided over by The Immortan Joe. As the two tyrants fight for dominance, Furiosa must survive many hardships as she puts in place the means to find her way home.
The film stars Anya Taylor-Joy and Chris Hemsworth. It is directed by George Miller.
