DC’s adult animated series harley quinn has been officially renewed for a fourth season on HBO Max with Sarah Peters as showrunner.

The animated series, which features The Big Bang TheoryKaley Cuoco, the Joker’s former right-hand man, returns for Season 4.
When the series returns, Justin Halpern and Patrick Schumacker will step down as showrunners, with Sarah Peters taking over.
Sarah Peters wrote for harley quinn since the first season of the DC series and is currently a consulting producer.
harley quinn saw the titular supervillain embark on a new romance with Poison Ivy, voiced by Lake Bell on the show. The two have become a power couple among Gotham’s supervillains, teaming up with Ron Funches’ King Shark, Alan Tudyk’s Clayface, and JB Smoove’s Frank the Plant.
Speaking about the Season 4 renewal, outgoing showrunners Justin Halpern and Patrick Schumacker said:

And we’re also thrilled that this upcoming season is in good hands with Sarah Peters as showrunner and Ceci Aranovich overseeing animation production, because they both greatly influenced the series with their brilliance from the beginning.
