The Kaley Cuoco-directed DC television series won critical acclaim for its dark tone, humor, superb voice cast, and brilliant title character that gave the series its name. What we can judge from this delightful news of the TV series renewal is that at the very least, David Zaslav has his eyes set on delivering content from quality projects.

David Zaslav’s Harley Quinn Endorsement Is A Positive Marker For The Future Of DC And WB
The harley quinn The series currently has a staggering 88% approval rating, backed by an IMDb rating of 8.5/10. News of the renewal comes before the season three finale airs, and it surely has fans of the show and the character thrilled.
Not only that, but the show will also have a new and worthy showrunner – Sarah Peters will take over as the new showrunner, having previously worked on the first season of Harley Quinn. She will replace Justin Halpern and Patrick Schumacker, who were there from the very beginning of the series.

Approval of the animated TV series’ fourth season appears to point to the 10-year plan that Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav has planned for the DC film universe – a plan in which Zaslav was cited as saying “we will focus on quality.”
Hopefully Zaslav has his priorities straight and is able to emulate the success the MCU has had with his record-breaking box office movies, because after all, DC has a lot of potential.

Justin Halpern and Patrick Schumacker have proven over three seasons of harley quinn that they are capable showrunners with the creative mindset to create more entertaining TV shows, however, they will bid farewell to the show for now.

And we’re also thrilled that this upcoming season is in good hands with Sarah Peters as showrunner and Ceci Aranovich overseeing animation production, because they both greatly influenced the series with their brilliance from the beginning.
We are also very happy that the series is renewed, and we also hope that the fourth season will be as chaotic and entertaining as the first three seasons, if not better!
The first three seasons, minus the third season finale, of Harley quinn are currently available to stream on HBO Max. The fourth season does not yet have a release date.
