He will be greatly missed and will continue with the music he helped make.
We are truly sorry for what happened to his family. We will never forget the time we spent with you and how much we laughed. Dr. Dave, thank you. We will meet over there. We ask everyone to respect the privacy of David’s family and friends during this sad time.
