Witnessing many ups and downs of MCU lore, Sam Wilson has seen significant character development. The director of New world order, Julius Onah commented on where the character will go in the next film in an interview with Marvel Entertainment. He said:

“He’s the boss. It is he who is responsible for people’s lives. The decisions he makes also have massive fallout and huge implications for the MCU. So now that he’s in this position, he has to start asking himself a whole new set of questions that he hadn’t asked himself before.
